How this would work
1. Select a stored quote by reference, or create a new one from a house-type template.
2. Edit and save inside the builder. The quote is written back to the database layer later; for now this prototype saves to local storage.
3. Pricing sits centrally in Pricing admin, so new costs and customer uplifts can flow into future quote versions without rebuilding the whole file.
