How this would work
1. Select a stored quote by reference, or create a new one from a house-type template.
2. Edit and save inside the builder. The quote is written back to the database layer later; for now this prototype saves to local storage.
3. Pricing sits centrally in Pricing admin, so new costs and customer uplifts can flow into future quote versions without rebuilding the whole file.

2Prices held firm subject to operating and material costs remaining within 5% of costs at point of quotation.
4Delivery time is 4 weeks from receipt of site call off.
5Linings and doors delivered separately as 1st and 2nd fix. Standard delay between lining and door delivery is 3 weeks.
10Any damages or defects must be reported in writing to Staircraft within 48 hours of delivery.
